Marriage amendment workshop June 9 in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE (FBW)-The Florida Coalition to Protect Marriage is sponsoring a marriage amendment workshop June 9 in Jacksonville.

John Stemberger, president and general counsel for the Florida Family Policy Council in association with Focus on the Family, is the featured speaker for the 7-8:30 p.m. workshop on the campus of Sea Coast Christian Academy, 9570 Regency Square Blvd., Jacksonville.

Training will be provided in order for participants to learn how to address the major arguments for marriage and to assist churches and community groups in conducting petition drives for amending Florida’s Constitution to define marriage as between a man and a women.
