Learn to achieve ministry goals through staff development

WINDEMERE (FBC)–Develop quality ministry leaders and maximize staff productivity at the Situational Leadership II training held April 4 at First, Windermere. Facilitator Bob Bumgarner, director of the Convention’s Office of Leadership Development, will present Ken Blanchard’s resources designed to help develop workers into competent and self-reliant performers. Blanchard is the co-author of The One Minute Manager.
