Learn to develop safety, security policiesPublished March 10, 2005
JACKSONVILLE (FBC)-Church leaders and volunteers can take action in the prevention of child abuse and learn to create a safer environment for children and youth entrusted to the churchs care during the Protecting Our Future Conference March 16 at Parkview Baptist Church in Gainesville. This free, one day conference provides training to help reduce the possibility of the physical or sexual abuse of a minor within a ministry and can help develop safety policies. The conference begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at noon.
