Learn to achieve ministry goals through staff development at FBC, Windermere

WINDEMERE (FBC)-Develop quality ministry leaders and learn ways to maximize productivity at the Situational Leadership II training April 4 at First Baptist Church, Windermere. Facilitator Bob Bumgarner, director of the Florida Baptist Convention’s office of leadership development, will present Ken Blanchard’s resources designed to develop both professional and volunteer staff into competent, productive and self-reliant performers. Blanchard is co-author of The One Minute Manager.

The conference will focus on identifying the needs of team members and recognizing how to adjust leadership style accordingly. Participants will also learn to identify the amount of direction and support a team and its individual members need.

Cost to attend is $59 and includes lunch and a workbook. Lodging is not included. Register on-line at http://www.flbaptist.org.
