Bart Starr presents award at Super Bowl BreakfastPublished February 10, 2005
Photos by Joni B. Hannigan Bart Starr presented the Bart Starr award to Cris Carter, a former player for the Minnestota Vikings, on behalf of Troy Vincent who has played in the NFL for 13 years with the Miami Dolphins, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Buffalo Bills.
