‘Rookie Rescuer’ write-in workbook

FORT PIERCE (FBW) — Children interested in firefighting and rescue adventures may now read stories and Bible studies in a new workbook, Sirens for the Cross for the Rookie Rescuer. Written by Florida firefighter/paramedic Tommy Neiman with Sue Reynolds, the workbook incorporates stories from his experiences with the Saint Lucie County Fire District in Fort Pierce.

Neiman, recently named Florida Firefighter of the Year, is also the author of Sirens for the Cross. He is president of the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Firefighters International, and serves FCFI as regional director. He is a member of Westside Baptist Church in Fort Pierce.

The write-in workbook takes Rookie Rescuers to emergency calls from shark bites, brush fires, explosions and to New York City’s "Ground Zero."

Neiman says Rookie Rescuers "will love the excitement while continually being encouraged to draw close to the Ultimate Rescuer, Jesus Christ." The workbook may be ordered on-line at: www.myneiman.com.
